Request a Service Online
General Information

1. Clientele can request a specific service from Agri Land Group (Pty) Ltd or any of the subsidiary companies by completing  the ”Request a Service” on line and submitting the completed form. The following services could be requested:
   • Full Real Estate and Asset Valuation – Conducted by Registered Property Valuers
   • A Valuation Report Update – Clientele could request the update of a valuation report initially created by Agri Land Group (Pty) Ltd.
   • Desktop Appraisal/Report Adjudication – Clientele could request the conduct of a Real Estate and Asset Appraisal to be conducted based on the Agri Land Price Index Agricultural Guideline Values without physical inspection of the property. In providing a valuation report conducted by any other property valuer Agri Land Group (Pty) Ltd will supply the client with a second opinion based on our Agri Land Price Index Guidelines.
   • Market Data Report could be requested – Client provides land component brake down and the Benchmarked Agricultural Land Price Index monetary value ranges will be provided. Special request in respect of specialized land components such as the standing value of plantations; permanent crops as well as biological asset valuations could be requested as part of the Market Data facility.
   • Estate Agent Report – Clientele could request specific property related detail that could be provided by Agri Land Group 9Pty) Ltd such as:
     • Copy of Title Deed
     • Surveyor General Diagrams
     • Location Maps 1;50 000 & 1: 250 000 Topographical Maps
     • Debt Ratio Analysis
     • Productive Capacity Analysis.
   • Training – Agricultural Valuation Methodology Training- ; Land Reform Management Training- ; Agricultural Finance Training modules.
   • Property Management Services – Compilation of Business Plans; Sub Contractual Management of Property Portfolios.
2. For the convenience of the client the “Request a Service” form is integrated with a fee calculator as to provide clientele with the cost indication.
3. The online “Request a service” makes provision for multi property request by merely clicking add a property button.
4. Once completed the client click the submit button. The system will then automatically send the request to Agri Land Group (Pty) Ltd.
5. Agri Land Group (Pty) Ltd will then analyse the request and send a formal quotation to the client. On acceptance of the formal quotation a contractual agreements will become applicable.
6. On request and registering , free of charge, of the client, access to the Agri Land Group (Pty) Ltd on line system could be granted allowing the client to electronically through the web monitor progress and accessing the online storage facility. This saves time and costs for all parties.

Completion Instructions

1. Open a “Request a Service” form by clicking on the service on the right hand side.
2. The form comprises of Five fields that needs to be completed by the client. Should any of the information requested not be available the client should indicate it by inserting NA: 

• Field One – Pricing Detail
  • The client inserts the estimated Market Value of the Property.
  • The Client inserts the kilometre distance from the closest town to the property.
• Field Two – Property Identification Detail. (Remember more than one property could be added)
  • Property Name – Farm Name; Street Name
  • Property Registration Number – Farm Registration Number and Registration Division Identification; Erf Number
  • Portion Number –
  • Title Deed Number
• Type of Service Required Field. – The client should tick the applicable service box. Only one box could be selected.
• Client Detail (Invoicing Detail)
  • Client VAT Registration Number
  • Client Name
  • Client ID/Company Registration Number
  • Client Address
  • Client Telephone number
  • E-Mail address
  • Contact Person
  • Date Requested
  • Validity (When should the service be completed.
  • Approving name/order number
• Task Description – The client can request specific requirements to be adhered too in delivering the service.

1. Fee Indication – Once the form has been completed the fee is indicated braked down in:
   • Tariff
   • Discount according to the type of service requested
   • Travelling Costs
   • VAT
   • Total Amount.
2. All fees is calculated according to the Professional Fees for Valuations Ad Valorem Tariff as recommended by the Institute for Professional Valuers and for the convenience of clientele the fee calculation is displayed according to the percentage of the recommended fee.
